Overview
Luga Energy runs the core operations of a solar‑as‑a‑service business. From lead capture and qualification to billing and real‑time generation monitoring, the system centralizes workflows and automates the repetitive pieces.
Key workflows
- AI SDR ("Joana") on WhatsApp: captures leads, qualifies, books meetings and follows up automatically.
- Invoice ingestion: automated scraping of the energy provider portal (ENEL) to fetch PDFs and usage data; parsing and normalization.
- Generation monitoring: inverter API integrations to track real‑time output and detect anomalies.
- Billing: gateway integration for subscriptions and boleto/cards; personalized invoices; dunning flows and notifications.
- Customer portal: usage, savings and generation charts; support tickets; contract docs.
Architecture
Next.js + TypeScript on the web, Prisma + PostgreSQL, BullMQ/Redis for jobs (scraping, webhooks, dunning), S3/MinIO for files, observability hooks.
Security & compliance
Role‑based access, audit logs, PII minimization, signed URLs and least‑privilege keys for inverter/payment APIs.
