Mission

Help technology students land their first strong portfolio pieces and industry connections via a hands‑on ecosystem: workshops, mentorship, hacka‑events, and a lightweight jobs pipeline.

Program design

• Phase 1 — Foundation: Website, WhatsApp communities, brand & onboarding, partner outreach.


• Phase 2 — First HackaTech: Pilot event (~30 participants), real problem from a partner, 4 live mentorships, structured feedback and certificates.


• Phase 3 — Scale & Ops: Repeatable playbooks, partner network, internship & junior roles pipeline.

Platform & automations

• Site (Next.js) with registration, agenda and content hub.


• WhatsApp CRM (Vendria) for announcements, reminders and lead tracking.


• Mentor booking and attendance tracking with simple analytics.


• Certificates generation and portfolio showcases.

My role

End‑to‑end: product strategy, platform development, event playbooks, partner relations and mentor ops.

Impact

Early cohorts increased portfolio quality and visibility while companies gained a vetted channel to meet motivated juniors.
